Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Sabiduria Volleyball Club management application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Account Types

• Admin: Full access to manage the club and all data
• Coach: Access to manage teams, players, and training
• Player: Access to personal stats, schedule, and team info
• Parent: Access to view child's information and club activities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload malicious code or compromise security
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Scrape, data mine, or extract data from the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree that it will:

• Be accurate and not misleading
• Not violate any third-party rights
• Not contain offensive or inappropriate material
• Comply with all applicable laws

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sabiduria Volleyball Club and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabiduria Volleyball Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sabiduria Volleyball Club and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or other appropriate circumstances.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
